OUR MISSION
Our mission is to promote bluegrass music and local bands and musicians in a family-oriented atmosphere within the Albany, Saratoga, and north country regions of New York.
ANNUAL ACTIVITIES
ABL MEETINGS & JAMS: Each month from October to April, members get together for a meeting and picking session at the West Glens Falls VFW, 32 Luzerne Road, Queensbury, NY. The meetings usually occur on the third Sunday of each month.
ABL SHOWS: Each month from October to April (with the exception of December) the ABL promotes bluegrass shows also held at the West Glens Falls VFW, 32 Luzerne Road, Queensbury, NY. These events usually occur on the 4th Sunday of each month.
ABL ROUNDUP: For many, the first weekend in June when the ABL hosts the ABL ROUNDUP is when the festival season starts! Regional bands donate their time and join with fans at the McConchie’s Heritage Acres in Galway, New York.
